How to make homemade French fries
We all love french fry and there is a proper way to make that perfect french fries it has to be crisp on the outside and creamy and soft from the inside. To make that perfect french fries you have to take the right potatoes. You will need a big large. What you do first is clean the potatoes. Have a firm grip on the potato a little slice just to rest the potato and do that on all four sides. About a quarter of an inch slice. And again quarter of an inch cut and there you will have your french fries.
Now take some fresh water and take those fries and put them into water. They will be refrigerated for about two to three hours. What will happen is that the potato will bleed its starch out which will make the potatoes light. And when you fry them the inside become soft and creamy. So the next step is to boil some water. You have to blanch these fries and then deep-freezing them. After your water is boiling time to take out the fries and dip them into the hot water and you have to wait about five minutes.
when you’re done blanching turn off the gas and strain the potatoes. Take a napkin or a thick kitchen cloth and put your French fries into that napkin and let them cool down for about five minutes. Now transfer them to a zip pouch pack and seal it this goes in the deep freezer for about three to four hours or till the time it’s rock-solid frozen.
When your French fries are frozen enough take them out. Now put the pan on add oil and hit it too high. When your oil is it’s time to deep-fry your frozen french fries.
You have to fry them until they got a brown color. When you think your fires are done take them out of the oil and put them into a bowl reminder don’t fry them too much.
